Beautiful unifamiliar building, occupying an area of 320 m² in located on a plot with a steep slope.

The house is divided into two floors. On the lower floor we find the rooms, the gym, the garage, the facilities room and a continuous balcony that runs along the entire perimeter of the rooms and provides them with an outdoor space of great privacy.

The upper floor has the day area, with a living-dining room, a games area, an integrated kitchen, a pantry, a toilet and a laundry area. All of this is connected to an immense terrace with an infinity pool that recovers the outdoor space that the unevenness of the land prevents from being used. Besides, it has an incredible 180 degree views of the sea.

The division between exterior and interior space disappears through the continuity of the 120×120 cm porcelain stoneware floor and a 10-meter-long sliding balcony.

On the façade, the white and smooth surfaces of SATE alternate with limestone masonry walls.
