This is a four-story home built using natural and sustainable low-maintenance Materials, including a basement and a private swimming-pool in the ground floor.

The ground floor of the house contains the living area, an open-plan space that includes a living room, and a kitchen. It is connected to the outside to a swimming pool.

On the first floor there is an owner’s suite comprising a bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and office area, plus a large guest room, and a second kitchen.

On the top floor, there’s an large terrace with great views of Barcelona, from the sea to the Tibidabo mountain.
