This apartment located in Barcelona was completely renovated to create a modern, luminous space adapted to the tastes and needs of its owners. In renovating this flat built in 1958, the original structure of brick load-bearing walls was minimally altered with 2.80 m ceramic partition walls.

The two bathrooms and the kitchen were kept in their original locations to take advantage of the existing drains. The large windows overlooking the interior courtyard were made even larger using different elements from the old layout to provide this space with abundant natural light.
