This home located on the coast in Alella (Barcelona) was transformed by 08023 Architects into a unique and luxurious three-story property with an avant-garde design. The renovation project involved the recovery of this 525 m² abandoned and garden on the Barcelona coast.

Thanks to the use of insulating materials, pure lines and the incorporation of new technologies, the owners of this coastal home were able to revive their own private Mediterranean experience with a completely renovated structure. A new avant-garde project which was finished up with a technical basement, a porch and a swimming pool integrated into the home’s unique personality.
