The home is a two-story structure custom-designed to satisfy the owners’ tastes. The layout and the openings are designed with architectural sustainability in mind, as accentuated by the different qualities of light it receives.

The ground floor of the house contains the living area, an open-plan space measuring 100 m² that includes a living room, a kitchen and a painting studio. It is connected to the outside through a pergola that leads to an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool.

On the second floor there is an owner’s suite comprising a bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and office area, plus a large guest room.

The architecture of this single-family home has been adapted to the unique shape of the plot, without relinquishing functionality or aesthetics. The simple geometries of the open area highlight the space and light, where the natural landscape is the real protagonist.
