This is an unifamiliar building occupying an area of 177 m² very close to Barcelona.

The house has a single L-shaped floor on a platform that gradually emerges from the downward slope of the land. The geometry generates a sheltered outdoor space where the pool and its beach are linked with a pergola that accompanies them along its entire length. This covered space enlarges the surface of the day area to reinforce the comfort and functionality that characterize the house.

The house was designed to be as efficient as possible. With high levels of insulation on all the surfaces that surround it, aluminum exterior walls with thermal break from Cortizo, Daikin aerothermal system with underfloor heating and air conditioning through ducts and installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof. All of them combined reduce the electricity consumption of the house to a minimum.
