Beautiful unifamiliar building facing four differents streets, occupying an area of 420 m² in the heart of Maresme.

The house has three levels. In the basement, we find the parking area, which is accessed thorugh the vehicle ramp. On his level we also find the technicals rooms, a warehouse and a storage room.

The ground floor of the house contains the living area, an open-plan space that includes a living room and a large kitchen. This area is connected to the outside through a spectacular minimalist glazing, that gives the possibility of transforming the porch and the swimiming pool area into part of the living space.

On the top floor there’s the place to rest and relax. It includes two rooms and the principal suite, which involves a room, a bathroom and a dressing room. From all the rooms of this level we can go outside though a large terrace with great views of the Mediterranean sea.
